Updating your Payment Information

Keeping your payment information up to date ensures uninterrupted access to your Punchey services and helps prevent billing issues such as failed payments or service interruptions.


Why Does This Matter?

If your payment method expires or becomes invalid, your subscription payments may fail. Updating your payment information promptly helps avoid disruptions to your account, ensures your billing is processed successfully, and keeps your services running smoothly.

How to Update Your Payment Method

If you need to update the credit card or other payment method used for your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Your Account
    Go to the Punchey login page and log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Payment Settings
    Once logged in, click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Account Settings.

  3. Update Payment Method
    In the Payment Options section, select Add a Card, then enter your new card details or choose another available payment method.

  4. Save Changes
    After updating your payment information, click Save Changes to confirm that your new details have been successfully updated.
