Using Calendar Dots to See Availability in the Mobile App

The Capacity Meter in the mobile app gives you a quick way to see how full your day is at a glance. Each day on the calendar shows a series of dots—more dots means fewer open time slots for bookings. This tool is especially helpful for planning, managing staff workload, or knowing when to expect a busy day.

What the Dots Mean

Each date on the calendar may show 0 to 4 dots underneath it, indicating how booked your schedule is for that day:

  • 0 dots — No bookings or no data available
  • 1 dot — Lightly booked (0% to 33.33% full)
  • 2 dots — Moderately booked (33.34% to 66.66% full)
  • 3 dots — Heavily booked (66.67% to 99.99% full)
  • 4 dots — Fully booked (100% or more)

This visual indicator helps you instantly identify how tight your schedule is without opening individual appointments.

How to View the Capacity Meter

To access the Capacity Meter:

  1. Open the mobile app
  2. Tap “Calendars” or “Bookings”
  3. Check each day for the dot indicator shown below the date
  4. To view a different month, tap the month name at the top and scroll

If you tap on a specific date, you’ll see the list of appointments already booked.
