Understanding the Commission Report

The commission report offers a detailed overview of transactions, including assigned tips and commissions

Commissions are tracked by team members when they are assigned to an invoice/appointment, when the invoice is paid out the commission and tips for the service will automatically be calculated for you.

Finding your Commission Reports

1. Navigate to the Reports tab. 
2. In the Reports tab dropdown you should now see a diverse list of reports. 
3. The Financial Reports  should be expanded by default, click on this if it is not. 
4. The Commission Reports can be found in the dropdown.

How to Read the Commission Report

Defined as total sales amount multiplied by a commission rate on the resource. 

Note: Each resource provides an expandable view to see each relevant transaction.

• Total Sales: Total sales made by the resource. 
• Cash Sales: All sales made with cash only. 
• Total Commission: Calculated commission value from their sales based off the resources commission percentage. 
• Total Tips: Any tips that have been assigned to the resource. 
• Commission + Tips: The commission value with the addition of tips they have received. 
• Shop Profit: The total transaction value after commission is taken out.
